Key responsibilities include leading employee experience and relations initiatives—serving as the main HR contact, supporting employee relations matters, coaching managers on HR policies, and facilitating conflict resolution. The role owns the complete onboarding experience for India and APAC, including pre-hire documentation, Day 1 orientation, systems access coordination, and 30/60/90-day touchpoints. Offboarding responsibilities include exit interviews, payroll coordination, and systems/access changes.
The HR Business Partner will coordinate monthly payroll inputs for India and applicable APAC locations, managing hires, exits, changes, variable pay, leave, and benefits updates in partnership with Finance and Payroll teams. Benefits administration duties include managing enrollments, changes, vendor coordination, and employee queries while ensuring competitive offerings in local markets.
Systems and compliance responsibilities involve using HR tools including ADP and GreytHR for data management and reporting, maintaining accurate employee records in HRIS systems, and ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws and relevant APAC regulations. The role supports local policy development, participates in audits, and conducts internal reviews.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required. Candidates must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, hands-on experience with HR and payroll systems (ADP and GreytHR preferred), and working knowledge of Indian labour and employment laws. Experience supporting core HR processes including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR records is essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience supporting remote or distributed teams across multiple time zones, prior experience in multinational or matrixed organizations, HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or India-focused credential), and experience with HR analytics and reporting.
