Kaseya, a leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, is seeking an HR Benefits Specialist for its shared services team based in Bangalore. This role is part of the global HR operations function supporting employees across the Americas region.
The Benefits Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for benefits administration and HR support services. Primary responsibilities include administering comprehensive benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, retirement, wellness, and EAP), managing benefit enrollments, processing employee requests, and resolving benefits-related inquiries. The role requires managing employee lifecycle events including dependent updates and terminations while maintaining compliance with local regulations.
You will support leave administration across multiple countries, including parental, medical, vacation, and statutory leave programs, ensuring alignment with local labor laws. The position involves close collaboration with external benefit providers, brokers, insurers, and third-party administrators to monitor vendor performance and resolve employee issues. You'll partner with Payroll, HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, and regional HR teams to ensure accurate benefit data, proper deductions, and compliance reporting.
The role includes identifying process improvement opportunities and contributing to HR transformation initiatives, including developing standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, and training materials. You'll work within established service level agreements to deliver efficient and accurate service delivery.
Required qualifications include 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Benefits Administration, or Shared Services, with demonstrated experience supporting employees across multiple countries in the Americas. Strong understanding of benefits administration processes, experience with HRIS systems (Oracle HCM preferred), and excellent communication skills are essential.
Preferred qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources, experience coordinating annual enrollment activities, knowledge of country-specific labor laws and benefits regulations, and experience with HR audits and compliance documentation.
