As an HR Advisor, you will support Rippling's Employer of Record (EOR) service across the APAC region. In this role, you'll partner directly with customers to help them hire and manage employees across multiple countries, guiding them through the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding through off-boarding. You'll navigate employee relations, claims, and compliance considerations while ensuring customers understand and meet country-specific requirements.
This is a regionally scoped role rather than country-specific, meaning you'll work across multiple APAC markets and quickly ramp on new countries with support from internal training, resources, and knowledge bases. You'll independently research and apply country-specific HR and employment requirements using Rippling's internal SOPs and tools.
You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and improve workflows for hiring, onboarding, and employee transitions, helping Rippling deliver a seamless, technology-driven HR solution at scale. This role combines customer-facing advisory work with internal process improvement and regional HR expertise.
