Salary: USD 50,000 - 95,000 / annual

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider operating across 11 states (New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia). The company brings clinical care directly to patients' homes, serving those with chronic conditions and limited mobility, with programs including remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management. The Community Liaison role is a full-time position based in San Antonio, TX, focused on market development and referral generation. You will be responsible for analyzing the company's service area to identify target markets and competitive opportunities. Key responsibilities include visiting healthcare facilities—doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources—to present agency credentials and secure patient referrals. You will develop comprehensive marketing strategies, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and sales projections. This includes analyzing past and current marketing data, evaluating the company's service offerings, and assessing patient and referral relationships. You will create and implement marketing plans with clear priorities and timelines, then monitor and evaluate results on an ongoing basis. Additional duties include attending interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings, providing community outreach and education, and supporting office staff with training and updates. This is a business development and community engagement role that requires strong relationship-building skills, market analysis capability, and the ability to execute marketing initiatives independently. QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work, with demonstrated interaction with health agencies and healthcare professionals - Organized and detail-oriented - Strong oral and written communication skills - Valid driver's license with insured, reliable vehicle (required for frequent facility visits)
