Salary: USD 50,000 - 95,000 / annual

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider operating across 11 states (New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia). The company brings clinical care directly to patients' homes, serving those with chronic conditions and limited mobility, with programs including remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management. The Community Liaison role is a full-time position based in San Antonio, TX, focused on market development and relationship building. The successful candidate will analyze the local service area to identify target markets and growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include visiting referral sources such as doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities to present Ennoble Care's credentials and secure patient referrals. The role involves developing comprehensive marketing strategies, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and sales projections. You will implement and monitor marketing plans, track results against established timelines, and adjust tactics as needed. Additional duties include attending interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings, providing community outreach and education, and supporting office staff with training and administrative tasks. This is a business development and marketing-focused role that requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute marketing initiatives independently. Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work with demonstrated interaction with health agencies and healthcare professionals - Organized and detail-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills - Valid driver's license with insured, reliable automobile (role involves frequent travel to referral sources)
