Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider operating across 11 states (New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia). The company brings clinical care directly to patients' homes, serving those with chronic conditions and limited mobility, and offers remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management programs.
The Community Liaison role is based in Central/South Miami, FL and focuses on building relationships with healthcare providers and facilities to drive patient referrals and expand the company's market presence. This is a full-time position combining business development, marketing, and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze target markets within the service area to prioritize outreach efforts
- Visit doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources to present company credentials and secure patient referrals
- Conduct internal analysis of organizational strengths, weaknesses, and competitive positioning
- Review and analyze past and current marketing data to inform strategy
- Evaluate the company's service offerings and patient value proposition
- Analyze and strengthen patient and referral-partner relationships
- Develop sales and marketing objectives with realistic projections
- Create comprehensive marketing plans with clear priorities and timelines
- Execute marketing initiatives on schedule and within scope
- Monitor and evaluate marketing performance on an ongoing basis
- Attend interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings as needed
- Support office staff with training updates and administrative tasks
- Provide community outreach and patient education
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work with demonstrated interaction with health agencies and healthcare professionals
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Valid driver's license with insured, reliable vehicle in good working condition
Compensation includes base salary plus monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses.
