Salary: USD 50,000 - 95,000 / annual

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider operating across 11 states (New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia). The company brings clinical care directly to patients' homes, serving those with chronic conditions and limited mobility, with programs including remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management. The Community Liaison role is a full-time position based in Austin, TX (with opportunities in both North and South Austin markets). This is a business development and community engagement role focused on expanding Ennoble Care's patient referral network and market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and analyze target markets within the service area to prioritize outreach efforts - Visit healthcare facilities (doctor's offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities) to present agency credentials and secure patient referrals - Conduct internal analysis of organizational strengths, weaknesses, and competitive positioning - Review and interpret marketing and patient relationship data to inform strategy - Develop comprehensive marketing plans with clear priorities, timelines, and sales projections - Execute marketing initiatives within established budgets and schedules - Monitor and evaluate marketing performance on an ongoing basis - Attend interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings as needed - Provide community outreach and education initiatives - Support office operations and staff as needed Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work with demonstrated interaction with health agencies and healthcare professionals - Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills - Excellent oral and written communication abilities - Valid driver's license with insured, reliable vehicle (role involves significant travel to facilities)
