Salary: USD 50,000 - 95,000 / annual
Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider operating across 11 states (New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia). The company brings clinical care directly to patients' homes, serving those with chronic conditions and limited mobility, and offers remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management programs.
The Community Liaison will be based in Wichita, KS and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hospitals and other healthcare referral sources in the region. This is a full-time, field-based role focused on business development and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the service area's market potential and identify target markets for growth
- Visit doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources to present company credentials and secure patient referrals
- Conduct internal analysis of company strengths, weaknesses, and competitive positioning
- Review and analyze past and current marketing data to inform strategy
- Evaluate the company's service offerings and competitive advantages
- Analyze patient and company relationships to identify opportunities
- Develop sales and marketing objectives with realistic sales projections
- Create comprehensive marketing plans with clear priorities and timelines
- Implement marketing initiatives while adhering to established schedules
- Monitor and evaluate marketing performance on an ongoing basis
- Attend interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings as needed
- Provide community outreach and education initiatives
- Support office staff with administrative tasks and training updates
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work with demonstrated interaction with health agencies and healthcare professionals
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Valid driver's license with insured, reliable vehicle in good working condition
