Salary: USD 50,000 - 95,000 / annual
Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider operating across 11 states (New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia). The company brings clinical care directly to patients' homes, serving those with chronic conditions and limited mobility, and offers remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management programs.
The Community Liaison will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hospitals and healthcare facilities in the Tulsa, OK region to promote Ennoble Care's House Calls and Hospice services. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on business development and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the company's service area to identify and target high-potential markets
- Visit doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources to present agency credentials and secure patient referrals
- Conduct internal analysis of organizational strengths, weaknesses, and competitive positioning
- Review and analyze past and current marketing data to inform strategy
- Evaluate the company's service offerings and market positioning
- Analyze patient and company relationships to identify growth opportunities
- Develop sales and marketing objectives with realistic sales projections
- Create comprehensive marketing plans with clear priorities and timelines
- Execute marketing initiatives within established budgets and schedules
- Monitor and evaluate marketing performance on a regular basis
- Attend Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) meetings as appropriate
- Provide community outreach and education initiatives
- Support office staff with administrative tasks and updates as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work with demonstrated interaction with health agencies and healthcare professionals
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Valid driver's license with insured, reliable personal vehicle (required for frequent facility visits)
