Salary: USD 50,000 - 95,000 / annual
Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider operating across multiple states including New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia. The company brings clinicians to patients' homes, providing a continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility, supported by remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management programs.
The Community Liaison will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hospitals and healthcare facilities in the Oklahoma City area to promote Ennoble Care's house call and hospice services. This role combines business development, marketing, and community outreach functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyze the service area to identify target markets and growth opportunities
- Visit doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources to present agency credentials and secure patient referrals
- Assess the company's organizational strengths and weaknesses
- Review and analyze past and current marketing data
- Evaluate the company's service offerings and competitive positioning
- Analyze patient and company relationships to identify improvement areas
- Develop sales and marketing objectives with realistic sales projections
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans with clear priorities and timelines
- Monitor and evaluate marketing plan performance on a regular basis
- Attend interdisciplinary group (IDG) meetings as appropriate
- Provide community outreach and education initiatives
- Support office staff with training updates and administrative tasks as needed
This is a full-time position based in Oklahoma City with significant field work visiting healthcare facilities and community partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work, with demonstrated interaction with health agencies and healthcare professionals
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to work
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license with insured, well-maintained automobile (required for field visits)
