Salary: GBP 69,440 - 128,960 / annual
DTX Pharma (a Novartis company) seeks a Healthcare System & Solution Lead to drive customer- and patient-centric solutions across the UK healthcare system. You will lead the HCSS Solution team, defining priorities across the solution portfolio and ensuring initiatives align with Novartis strategy, governance, and compliance requirements while delivering measurable outcomes for patients, healthcare professionals, and healthcare systems.
Key responsibilities include leading and developing a high-performing team; overseeing a portfolio of solution initiatives with success criteria, performance metrics, and governance frameworks; managing budgets and resource allocation; and identifying opportunities to scale successful solutions. You will act as a strategic business partner across Novartis, driving co-creation with healthcare professionals, patient organizations, commissioners, and external partners. You will strengthen relationships with Brand Teams, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Field Access Teams, and innovation partners.
You will leverage internal capabilities and external innovation ecosystems to bring new ideas to the organization, identify systemic barriers to implementation, and continuously improve governance processes. All activities must comply with Novartis policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
Required qualifications include UK pharmaceutical experience with strong understanding of the NHS and UK healthcare systems; experience in healthcare solutions, patient pathway transformation, access programs, or customer engagement; experience with innovation ecosystems and external partners; significant project and program management experience delivering complex initiatives; strong people leadership experience in matrix organizations; strong business acumen and customer understanding; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; and a university degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.

This is a London office-based hybrid role requiring 12 days per month in office. Candidates must be living in the UK; relocation and visa support are not available.
