AdeptID is an AI-first talent company that combines clinician-led expertise with proprietary search and match technology to solve healthcare labor shortages. Together with Lucid Staffing Solutions, the company is building a next-generation healthcare staffing platform that uses technology and automation to compress time-to-fill, reduce recruiter workload, and improve candidate-client matching.
As a Healthcare Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned healthcare facility clients, including hospitals, imaging centers, and other healthcare facilities. You will manage and expand existing client relationships while serving as the liaison between Lucid's recruiting team and client facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong consultative relationships through regular calls, emails, video meetings, and attendance at quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Resolve client issues quickly and professionally, escalating when necessary to maintain service excellence.
• Order Management & Recruiting Coordination: Manage job orders end-to-end, confirming accuracy, updating statuses, and communicating candidate submissions and feedback promptly. Partner with recruiting to ensure jobs are prioritized and filled efficiently, aligned with client expectations. Address job description or pay rate inconsistencies proactively.
• Performance Tracking & Account Growth: Track fill rates, time-to-fill, and revenue by account to identify trends and growth opportunities. Collaborate with business development on new client transitions and account expansions. Deliver regular account performance summaries and strategic growth recommendations.
Key performance indicators include client contact points per week, open job growth per quarter, client check-in frequency, average email response time, and client retention rate.
