Marathon Health is seeking a Health Center Lead III to manage daily operations and deliver clinical care at one of their onsite primary care health centers. This dual-function role blends clinical practice with operational oversight, requiring 75% clinical care delivery and 25% operations management.
Clinical responsibilities include providing primary and preventive care to assigned patient populations, managing chronic conditions through collaborative care, and ensuring positive patient experiences reflected in NPS scores and satisfaction metrics.
Operational duties encompass overseeing daily clinic workflows, patient scheduling, inventory management, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with internal teams on IT, facility, and supply issues; lead quality reviews; manage teammate scheduling and PTO coverage; and support health center go-live readiness by directing clinical staff during new center openings.
People leadership is a core function. You will build a high-performing culture aligned with Marathon Health values, approve timesheets and PTO, lead recruitment and onboarding of clinical support staff, serve as the primary communication hub for the health center, and address teammate concerns and conflicts. You will drive awareness of clinical KPIs and serve as lead coordinator for client events such as biometric screenings and health fairs.
The role requires consistent on-site presence (Mon/Tues/Thurs 8am–6pm, Wed 8am–4pm, Fri 8am–12pm) and regular travel between assigned health centers. You will collaborate with the Director of Operations, Market Medical Director, and other internal stakeholders to align care delivery with organizational goals.
