Revolut is seeking a Head of Technology to lead the technology function for its Argentina entity. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving technology architecture, IT strategy, and digital transformation initiatives specific to the Argentine market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing technology architecture for the Argentina entity
- Developing and executing IT and data strategy, including new infrastructure setup and ongoing transformation
- Managing customer migrations and ensuring smooth operational transitions
- Overseeing IT governance, compliance frameworks, and board-level reporting
- Coordinating transformation programs, operational model setup, and process optimization
- Building a global, reliable, scalable, and resilient technology ecosystem
- Representing the IT function in key group committees
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of IT architecture experience in financial services
- Deep familiarity with Argentina Central Bank regulatory requirements, including cybersecurity, outsourcing, risk management, and data protection
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Hands-on experience with IT systems and related technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and people-management abilities
- Fluent English
