The Head of Technology role is based remotely in Colombia and reports into the global Technology leadership. You will drive the technology strategy and operations for Revolut's Colombian market, working at the intersection of technology, regulatory compliance, and business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving local technology architecture aligned with Revolut's global systems
- Implementing tech and data strategy, including infrastructure setup and ongoing transformation initiatives
- Overseeing customer migration programs and ensuring smooth operational transitions
- Managing tech governance, establishing frameworks, presenting to the Board, and representing Technology in key group committees
- Coordinating transformation programs, migrations, and operational model setup
- Building a reliable, scalable tech ecosystem that meets Colombian regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with Operations, Product, and the broader Technology team
You will need 7+ years of experience in technology architecture roles within financial services, with deep familiarity of Colombian Central Bank regulations, cybersecurity requirements, outsourcing frameworks, and risk management. A bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential. You should have strong people management skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and solid analytical problem-solving capabilities.
