As Head of Technology, you will lead the technology function for Revolut's Peru operations, reporting into the global technology leadership structure. This is a strategic role responsible for shaping the local technology architecture and implementing IT and data strategy aligned with Revolut's global vision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving local technology architecture and infrastructure decisions
- Implementing IT and data strategy, including new setup and ongoing transformation of IT systems
- Overseeing IT governance, including frameworks and Board-level presentations
- Representing the IT function in key group committees
- Coordinating transformation programmes, system migrations, and operational model setup
- Building a global, reliable, scalable, and resilient tech ecosystem
- Managing customer migrations and ensuring seamless transitions
- Collaborating across local and global teams, including Operations and Product
You will need 7+ years of IT architecture experience in financial services, with deep familiarity of Peru's regulatory and security requirements, including cybersecurity, outsourcing, risk management, and data protection. A bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required. You must have exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and people-management capabilities. Fluency in English is essential.
