You will lead the next phase of YipitData's talent acquisition function as Head of Talent Acquisition, managing a team of approximately seven recruiting professionals. This is a strategic leadership role focused on transforming and scaling the recruiting organization.
Key responsibilities include:
Change Management & Transformation: Assess current TA processes and ways of working to identify what should be preserved, improved, simplified, or redesigned. Define and execute a roadmap for the next phase of talent acquisition, prioritizing high-impact changes. Lead the organization through change by building stakeholder alignment, navigating resistance, and driving adoption of new processes. Strengthen partnerships across talent acquisition, people operations, hiring managers, and business leaders.
Recruiting Leadership & Strategy: Lead, coach, and develop the recruiting team with clear expectations, accountability, and growth opportunities. Serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders, bringing recruiting expertise and market insights to workforce decisions. Evolve the approach to proactive sourcing, talent pipelining, and market mapping. Provide strategic oversight for senior-level, executive, and business-critical searches.
Operational Excellence & Scale: Establish clear recruiting processes, operating rhythms, SLAs, and ownership that improve hiring quality, speed, consistency, and accountability. Build meaningful metrics, dashboards, forecasting, and capacity planning to enable better decision-making.
This remote-friendly role can be based anywhere in the US, with flexibility to work from NYC headquarters or other office hubs (Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, Seattle). The ideal candidate is a thoughtful change agent who can navigate complexity, challenge established ways of working, and turn strategy into sustainable change.
