Vega is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup building an AI-native platform for security operations centers (SOCs). The company operates with headquarters in New York and Tel Aviv and is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale its U.S. recruiting organization.
In this role, you will own the full U.S. talent acquisition strategy and execution, with a primary focus on building out Go-To-Market teams across Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll lead and develop the talent acquisition team, setting priorities and building a high-performing recruiting organization from the ground up.
Key responsibilities include partnering with Finance and Revenue Operations on workforce planning and capacity planning, translating business growth objectives into proactive hiring plans. You'll build scalable sourcing strategies and develop strong talent pipelines that enable the company to hire ahead of demand. Close collaboration with executives and hiring managers is essential—you'll define candidate profiles, align hiring priorities, and drive hiring decisions.
Operationally, you'll own recruiting systems, data, and benchmarks, ensuring clear visibility into pipeline health, hiring performance, and organizational gaps. You'll manage recruiting agencies, contractors, and external partners to ensure adequate capacity and quality as the organization scales. While strategic, the role remains hands-on; you'll support critical searches and help the team attract and close exceptional talent when needed.
