Monday.com is seeking an entrepreneurial, high-impact leader to head Startup for Startup, the company's flagship ecosystem initiative and leading platform for tech founders and builders in Israel. This role combines strategic vision, ecosystem influence, team leadership, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ecosystem Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the next evolution of Startup for Startup. Identify emerging market shifts (such as AI trends), understand the evolving challenges founders face, and build high-value partnerships across the global and local tech ecosystem.
- Content Leadership & Podcast Host: Serve as the primary host and voice of the Startup for Startup podcast. Drive guest curation, lead strategic conversations with top tech founders and executives, and distill complex business insights into actionable takeaways.
- Leadership & Team Management: Direct and empower an experienced team of 5, including podcast producers, community managers, and product managers. Foster psychological safety and high performance.
- Founder & Executive Alignment: Partner closely with monday.com's Co-Founders and CEOs to align on vision, establish operational clarity, and deliver measurable impact with complete autonomy.
- Hands-On Execution: Bridge macro-level strategy with willingness to execute complex projects from scratch.

Requirements:
- Deep Ecosystem DNA: Former founder, VC investor, or leader of top-tier tech communities/programs with deep knowledge of the tech landscape.
- Natural Storyteller: Exceptional charisma, presence, and listening skills. Proven ability to conduct high-level discussions and extract authentic insights from guests.
- High Emotional Intelligence: Exceptional ability to lead experienced peers, manage complex corporate stakeholders, and build rapid trust with executives.
