Snowflake is seeking a Head of Product Marketing & Enablement, Strategy, Planning & Business Operations to own the strategic direction and annual planning cycle for product marketing and enablement functions. This role is responsible for translating Snowflake's AI Data Cloud priorities into clear goals, investments, and success metrics that drive measurable business results. Key responsibilities include: establishing the operating rhythm and cadence for the function through goal setting, business reviews, resource allocation, and decision forums; defining operational metrics for product launches and ensuring marketing and enablement teams move in lockstep; building frameworks that connect product marketing and enablement activities to pipeline influence, launch performance, and field adoption; partnering with Product, Sales, and Revenue Operations leaders to resolve cross-functional trade-offs and improve go-to-market execution; and bringing an AI-native operating model to the function using AI-assisted workflows for planning, reporting, and insight generation. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience across product marketing, enablement, GTM strategy, or business operations, ideally in enterprise software or cloud data platforms. Required qualifications include a proven track record owning strategy and planning at scale with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional decisions; deep experience shaping enablement or product marketing programs that measurably improved field performance; strong structured problem-framing skills to turn ambiguous challenges into clear plans with measurable outcomes; fluency in go-to-market metrics and operating mechanics including pipeline, launch performance, and field adoption; and proficiency with analytics and business planning tools. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Bonus qualifications include experience marketing or enabling AI, machine learning, or data platform products; hands-on use of GenAI workflows to automate planning, reporting, or content generation; experience in high-growth, fast-scaling GTM organizations; and background bridging product marketing and revenue or sales operations. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, enablement, and business operations with the mandate to shape strategy and influence execution. Success is measured by decisions influenced and outcomes improved rather than outputs delivered.
