Lightfield is an AI-native CRM that automatically assembles customer context from email, calendar, and meetings. The company has achieved exceptional early traction—over 5,000 companies adopted the product within its first year—backed by top-tier investors including Greylock, Lightspeed, and Coatue. The founding team previously built Tome (25M+ users) and worked on foundational products at Meta, Google, Pinterest, and Salesforce. As Head of Product Marketing, you will own the market narrative and positioning for Lightfield's category-defining product. This is a director-level role reporting directly to the Head of GTM, with full ownership of how the market understands agentic CRM technology and Lightfield's competitive position. Key responsibilities include: defining the category narrative and positioning that appears across the website, pitch, product launches, and analyst conversations; building and maintaining the messaging architecture used company-wide across all customer segments (founders, sales leaders, RevOps); owning pricing and packaging strategy, including customer research, revenue modeling, and cross-functional implementation; building the complete sales asset library (pitch decks, battle cards, competitive teardowns, ROI models, comparison pages, objection handling); designing and running sales enablement programs focused on rep productivity and win rates; maintaining competitive intelligence and translating competitive moves into strategic advantage; and partnering with product leadership to execute major product launches with clear GTM coordination. You should have a track record of defining or redefining how markets understand products—not just positioning one company against competitors, but establishing why a category should exist. You've directly improved win rates and pipeline generation through positioning work and can demonstrate measurable business impact. You're an excellent writer who understands the difference between messaging that tests well and messaging that actually changes deals. You're commercially fluent with hands-on experience in pricing, packaging, and financial modeling. You love working directly with sales teams, sitting on calls, testing messaging with prospects, and building assets that reps actually want to use. You're technically curious about product architecture and can explain complex systems simply. You're AI-native and use AI tools to accelerate competitive research, customer synthesis, and iteration. You operate at early-stage pace, shipping rather than debating frameworks, and are energized by ambiguity.
