You will lead and scale Airwallex's global Product Marketing function across four core product pillars: Payments, Spend, Billing, and Business Accounts. This is a rare opportunity to own the full go-to-market narrative for a high-growth fintech platform competing directly with the biggest players in the space. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the global Product Marketing strategy across all four product pillars - Building and leading a team of PMM leads for each product pillar (this is explicitly a build role) - Defining positioning, messaging, and GTM motions for new product launches across 10+ global markets - Partnering closely with Product, Comms, Growth, Design, Legal, and Commercial teams to drive integrated launches - Building world-class competitive intelligence and Sales enablement capabilities - Driving attribution, performance measurement, and optimization of PMM-led campaigns - Designing and implementing agentic workflows to streamline insights-generation and GTM activities The role requires someone who can operate at both strategic and executional levels in a fast-moving environment, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to communicate brilliantly across verbal and written channels. REQUIREMENTS: - 10+ years in B2B Product Marketing, with at least 3–4 years leading a PMM organization - Deep GTM expertise with experience running complex, multi-product, multi-market launches - Fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS background strongly preferred - Deep intellectual curiosity and understanding of customer problems - Strong competitive positioning expertise - Outstanding professional and academic record of achievement - Comfort working cross-functionally with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority BONUS: Experience with agentic AI, developer-facing products, or background at high-growth scale-ups that went through rapid product expansion.
