Re:Build Manufacturing is building Livewire, an AI-native software platform for wire harness design and manufacturing. The company operates a sophisticated end-to-end manufacturing platform serving aerospace and defense, electrification, medical, energy, and robotics sectors. You will own the complete growth journey for Livewire from acquisition through activation, lifecycle, and conversion. This is a hands-on builder role where you'll connect the entire customer journey: how users discover the product, what drives them to value, what brings them back, and what converts them to paying customers. Key responsibilities include: - Owning growth metrics across acquisition, onboarding, product experience, lifecycle, and conversion - Building a clear view of the customer journey, identifying conversion points and friction areas - Running a steady cadence of experiments across all stages of the funnel - Partnering closely with Product to translate user insights into faster paths to value - Establishing measurement frameworks and operating rhythms that accelerate learning and decision-making - Driving conversion, retention, and expansion in collaboration with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success - Shaping positioning and messaging based on customer insights with Marketing - Directing agencies and specialists to execute without outsourcing strategic thinking You'll start with few or no direct reports, instead guiding external firms, contractors, and internal specialists. This is an early-stage opportunity where the growth playbook doesn't yet exist—you'll help build it. The role is sedentary in a standard office environment with occasional travel. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven experience in product growth, PLG (product-led growth), lifecycle marketing, or similar role - Hands-on experience designing and running experiments, including with imperfect data and small samples - Strong partnership skills with Product teams, using customer and product data to drive decisions - Comfort operating with high autonomy and limited infrastructure - Strong quantitative skills: funnels, cohorts, conversion analysis, and experiment design - Familiarity with product analytics tools, CRM/marketing automation platforms, web analytics, and experimentation tools - Preferred: product-led, self-service, or digital commerce experience - Note: Wire harness, CAD, or manufacturing domain expertise is not required; ability to learn technical customers and workflows quickly is what matters
