You will lead Revolut's financial crime product team, responsible for designing and building fraud prevention and security features across the global platform. This is a strategic leadership role where you'll shape the product vision and execution for fraud and financial crime systems, with a focus on leveraging AI for automation and enabling intuitive, multi-modal customer interactions to build trust and streamline compliance processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a financial crime product team and designing features that improve security across Revolut's global platform
- Building and developing teams aligned with product objectives, enabling career growth for team members
- Owseeing your team's product roadmap from strategic planning and conception through execution and launch
- Formulating and driving a focused product vision, owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners
- Providing insight and delivering measurable results for sophisticated products in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
You'll work cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, and Data teams to turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions that customers love.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years of experience managing large teams (at Revolut, product leaders directly manage multiple squads and Product Owners)
- Experience managing AI products, data science products, customer-facing products, and back office systems
- Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners
- High analytical acumen and solid business sense to guide ROI-based prioritization
- Bias towards action and bootstrapping major projects; willingness to be hands-on
- Experience leading product development and launch from scratch
- Ability to provide insight and deliver measurable results for sophisticated products under ambiguous conditions in a fast-paced environment
