Revolut is a fintech super app serving 80+ million customers globally with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The company is seeking a Head of Product to lead its fraud and financial crime product organization.
In this role, you will lead a financial crime product team responsible for designing and building security features across Revolut's global platform. You'll rethink fraud and compliance systems to be AI-centric, leveraging automation and enabling intuitive, multi-modal customer interactions to build trust and streamline compliance processes. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading a financial crime product team and designing features that improve security across the platform
- Building and scaling teams aligned with product objectives, developing team members to enable their career growth
- Owning your team's product roadmap from strategic planning and conception through execution and launch
- Formulating and driving a focused product vision, owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners
- Providing insight and delivering measurable results for sophisticated products in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
You'll work cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, and Data teams to turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years of experience managing large teams (at Revolut, product leaders directly manage multiple squads and Product Owners)
- Experience managing AI products, data science products, customer-facing products, and back office systems
- Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners
- High analytical acumen and solid business sense to guide ROI-based prioritization
- Bias towards action and bootstrapping major projects; willingness to be hands-on
- Experience leading product development and launch from scratch
- Ability to provide insight and deliver measurable results for sophisticated products under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment
