As Head of Product Design, you will lead product and brand design across the organization, setting creative direction and bringing consumer-grade craft to every experience. You'll lead and grow an exceptional design team, establish a high bar for design quality, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting and executing design strategy across product, website, brand, and marketing experiences
- Leading, developing, and growing a high-performing team of product and brand designers
- Establishing a culture of thoughtful design critique and continuous improvement
- Simplifying complex healthcare experiences to make them intuitive and beautiful
- Collaborating across functions to understand users and ship high-impact work quickly
You bring 7+ years of design experience, including 3+ years leading and developing design teams. You have exceptional design taste, a track record of delivering high-quality product experiences, and significant experience as both an individual contributor and design leader. You've set design direction and raised quality bars across teams or organizations, and you operate effectively in fast-moving, high-growth technology companies.
Bonus experience includes work across both product and brand design, simplifying complex or regulated products, spanning B2B and B2C, working in agency or studio environments, or healthcare background (not required).
