You will lead the Credit Outcome vertical within the Product & Credit Services (PCS) organization. This vertical owns the end-to-end journey from a business's intent to secure credit through to successful credit outcome, measured by the north-star metric of % 1st Outcome. The vertical spans multiple markets and combines market-focused product teams (Scaled Markets, New Markets, India) with horizontal teams (Sales Engine and Platform).
In this role, you will:
**Vision, Strategy & Outcomes:**
- Own the vertical's north star: set strategy and roadmap to grow % 1st Outcome while balancing margin, efficiency, and member experience
- Make big bets on priorities across routing, human connection, integrations, and decisioning (e.g., pre-qualification), being explicit about what the team will not pursue
- Navigate regional trade-offs between markets, scaling established ones while building new markets such as India
**Leadership & Team Growth:**
- Lead and develop product leaders: hire, coach, and grow Product Leads and Senior PMs, giving each a self-contained area of the business to own
- Establish clear ownership with one accountable PM/EM pair per workstream, eliminating ambiguity
- Run planning, OKRs, and reviews that connect team work to vertical and company goals
**Partnership & Delivery:**
- Partner closely with the Engineering Director on roadmap, capacity, technical investment, and platform health
- Align Design, Data, Risk & Compliance, Commercial, and Operations on priorities and launches
- Use funnel analytics and experimentation to identify friction, make data-driven decisions, and demonstrate commercial impact
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI (e.g., lead scoring, agentic sales tooling) to improve conversion and efficiency
You will work hand-in-hand with a dedicated Engineering Director, Design, Product Operations, Analytics, and Commercial Heads.
**Requirements:**
- 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years leading product managers or product leads
- Commercial acumen: tie product decisions to revenue, margin, and unit economics
- Data-native: comfortable with funnel analytics, experimentation, and BI tools
- Technical fluency: engage confidently with engineers on APIs, integrations, and data flows
- Leader of leaders: coach strong PMs, set high bars, and create room for growth
- Influence without authority: align senior stakeholders across functions and regions
- Nice to have: experience in lending, credit marketplaces, fintech, or regulated financial services; experience building products in multiple markets, ideally including India
