Hashgraph is a fast-growing software company building Hedera, an open-source, proof-of-stake platform designed for enterprise and web3 applications requiring speed, security, stability, and sustainability. Hedera's public network is governed by industry-leading organizations across 11 sectors and 14 regions.
The company is now building a cross-ledger solution for institutional settlement, addressing a critical market gap: assets are landing on ledgers faster than infrastructure exists to move them between ledgers. Current workarounds (bridges) have lost over $2.8 billion since 2021. This new product will enable collateral mobility, delivery-versus-payment (DvP), payment-versus-payment (PvP), cross-border payments, and FX across public and private ledgers that do not otherwise interoperate.
As Head of Product, you will own the product definition and roadmap, reporting directly to the founder. You will define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and the complete roadmap. You'll work closely with business development on go-to-market execution, ensuring the product aligns with what the market needs and what BD can sell. You'll report product status and roadmap changes directly to founders and the executive team.
Key responsibilities include designing and running trials with external validators, partners, and customers; making release readiness decisions on performance, security, and usability; and running program management across all stakeholder groups to keep business development, marketing, and engineering synchronized.
Success in 12 months means achieving live settlement for priority use cases (cross-border payments, settlements, treasury management, tokenized deposits) with named institutional counterparties moving real value. You will have built working on/off-ramps supporting these use cases, and BD, marketing, and engineering will each independently credit you as the reason they're shipping faster.
International travel to customer, validator, and partner sites will be required.
