Dune Analytics is the industry standard for onchain data and blockchain intelligence, trusted by 1,000+ industry leaders including Visa, WisdomTree, FINRA, the IMF, Bloomberg, Standard Chartered, Coinbase, Forbes, and the Financial Times. The company delivers structured datasets spanning stablecoins, RWAs, tokens, lending, trading, and more across 130+ chains. Dune is a ~50-person team spread across Europe and eastern US timezones, backed by top-tier investors including Coatue and Union Square Ventures.
As Head of Product, you will lead Dune's transition into serving financial institutions that depend on reliable, trustworthy, and timely data to commit capital, assess risk, and enter new onchain markets. You will decide which customers and use cases to serve first, identify valuable customer problems, and guide the company to deliver scalable products for institutional usage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define product strategy for market data and institutional customers, deciding which customers, problems, and products deserve focus
- Own the product experience from data creation to delivery, setting clear requirements for coverage, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
- Understand how financial institutions consume data and translate their research, investment, trading, and operational needs into product priorities
- Work with engineering and data teams to deliver reliable datasets, data feeds, and integrations that fit customer systems
- Make explicit decisions about scope, quality, and delivery dates, resolving dependencies and keeping important work moving
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and other teams on customer evaluations, pricing, and adoption
- Define success metrics for products and use results to decide what to improve or stop
- Lead and develop a product team that takes responsibility for customer results
- Leverage AI to improve customer research, operations, and feedback loops
- Define and improve operational practices
You will report to the president and be an integral part of the leadership team, working closely with engineering, data, and commercial teams. The role requires equal comfort discussing an institution's data requirements and deciding what the team must deliver weekly.
