Thatch is seeking an exceptional leader to build and lead the Platforms business across product and go-to-market strategy. In this VP-level role, you will set long-term strategy for the Platforms division, translate that vision into product and commercial priorities, and develop a world-class multidisciplinary team.
You'll serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies, helping them navigate healthcare benefits distribution and identifying new value creation opportunities. You'll bring technical depth to guide platform direction, commercial judgment to convert customer needs into sustainable growth, and leadership capability to attract and develop exceptional talent.
Key responsibilities include: establishing vision and strategy for where Thatch Platforms plays and how it wins; leading the Platforms organization across product and go-to-market functions; owning platform business performance including partner acquisition, implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion; establishing goals, metrics, and operating rhythms for business health; representing the voice of platform partners across the company; recruiting and developing high-performing teams; and identifying emerging market, customer, and technology trends to shape broader company strategy.
You'll thrive in this highly cross-functional role if you excel at moving between long-range strategy and hands-on execution, developing people, and building category-defining businesses in complex industries. This is a position with meaningful influence over Thatch's product, technology, and go-to-market strategy.
Required background: 10+ years building and scaling enterprise software, platform, or technology-enabled businesses with significant leadership responsibility. You need exceptional executive presence and communication skills to build credibility with C-level leaders at large enterprises. Experience leading across both product and go-to-market functions with a track record of converting strategy into measurable outcomes is essential. Strong technical aptitude and product judgment are required, along with demonstrated success developing strategy in ambiguous environments and translating it into clear priorities and execution plans. You must have a proven track record recruiting, managing, and developing high-performing teams and leaders, plus strong commercial judgment navigating complex enterprise sales, implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion motions.
Preferred experience includes understanding of healthcare, employee benefits, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
