The Head of Planning role is a senior individual contributor position within the Operations team, reporting directly to the VP of Inventory Planning. You will own all inventory planning and forecasting functions for a specific business portfolio area (to be determined), driving optimal inventory turns, improving in-stock performance, and maximizing return on investment. Key responsibilities include: - Leading forecasting and replenishment strategies for your assigned business segment - Building and optimizing best-in-class forecasting systems that balance product availability with working capital efficiency - Collaborating cross-functionally with merchandising, sourcing, technology, and vendor teams - Executing hands-on planning activities with analytical rigor and strategic partnership - Shaping future Planning processes and capabilities to support rapid growth - Supporting Quince's mission to deliver luxury quality at low prices through efficient inventory management This is a hands-on role requiring high performance and execution, aligned with Quince's operating principles. You will have significant ownership and influence over inventory strategy for your portfolio, combining data-driven decision-making with cross-functional collaboration.
