You will lead the People Operations function across three jurisdictions (Ukraine, Poland, and the US), building and managing a distributed team responsible for the complete employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits coordination, HRIS administration, and policy management to public-company standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the People Operations team across all three locations, setting priorities, service levels, and quality standards as the organization scales
- Owning HiBob as the system of record, ensuring data integrity, workflow configuration, access management, and audit-ready employee records across all entities
- Overseeing the full onboarding and offboarding lifecycle across jurisdictions, coordinating with EOR and payroll partners
- Managing monthly payroll inputs and benefits administration with documented controls and sign-off procedures
- Administering policies as a managed system, maintaining policy maps and country-specific requirements
- Owning the HR compliance calendar, tracking statutory filings and documentation standards for public-company audits
- Partnering with Legal on employment documentation, contracts, and jurisdiction-specific labor law requirements
- Operationalizing HR frameworks including compensation cycles, performance reviews, and calibration processes
- Continuously improving People Operations processes, coaching the team to identify friction and build scalable, auditable solutions
You should have proven experience building and running end-to-end HR lifecycle processes at scale, strong command of modern HRIS platforms (HiBob or comparable), working knowledge of employment compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and a track record leading distributed People Operations teams. The role requires the ability to turn informal practices into documented, auditable processes while maintaining flexibility, and experience working effectively with Finance, Legal, and external vendors across multiple locations.
