Salary: USD 175,000 - 225,000 / annual
SuperDial is seeking a Head of People to build and lead the people function from the ground up. This is a strategic, hands-on role reporting to the CEO in an early-stage AI healthcare company.
You will own the full employee lifecycle: talent acquisition, HR operations, performance management, employee experience, and organizational development. Key responsibilities include designing and executing the company's talent and organizational strategy, building scalable recruiting processes, establishing performance frameworks and career development pathways, designing compensation and leveling structures, ensuring employment law compliance, and building company culture and internal communication practices.
You'll partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to define organizational structure, hiring plans, and headcount strategy. You'll advise managers on team effectiveness and employee relations, implement HR systems and tools, and navigate sensitive situations with discretion as the company scales.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in people, talent, or HR roles, with meaningful experience in high-growth startups (Series A/B stage preferred). You should have a strong recruiting background with a track record of hiring high-performing teams, experience designing performance management and compensation frameworks, and the ability to operate independently while serving as a strategic partner to leadership. You're a clear communicator who builds trust across all levels, has strong judgment, and thrives in ambiguity.
