Salary: USD 210,000 - 240,000 / annual

Adonis is seeking a Head of People to lead and scale the People function across recruiting, people operations, employee experience, and strategic business partnership. This role owns how the company attracts, develops, supports, and retains exceptional talent while building the systems, programs, and manager capabilities required for a high-performing, durable organization. Key responsibilities include designing and running employee experience programs across onboarding, engagement, feedback, development, recognition, and retention. The Head of People will lead performance management processes including review cycles, calibration, promotions, and compensation planning. They will ensure managers have the tools, training, and frameworks to set clear expectations, deliver feedback, and lead high-performing teams. The role owns the overall recruiting strategy and operating model, leading and developing the recruiting team while setting a high bar for execution, candidate experience, and hiring quality. This includes partnering with executives on headcount planning, role prioritization, and talent strategy, as well as directly leading senior and critical searches. Responsibilities also encompass owning core People infrastructure supporting the employee lifecycle, including onboarding/offboarding, HR systems, policies, and benefits. The Head of People will build and own a people analytics cadence providing leaders visibility into headcount, hiring funnel health, time-to-fill, attrition, engagement, performance, and compensation metrics. As a trusted partner to executives and department leaders, this person will advise on org design, workforce planning, team health, and performance. They will translate business strategy into People priorities and execution plans while building credibility as a pragmatic, high-trust leader who moves fluidly between strategy and execution. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience across People leadership, recruiting, People Operations, or HR business partnership in high-growth environments. They are a strong operator with a track record of building scalable systems and processes from the ground up, an experienced manager who can build high-performing teams, and someone with strong business judgment connecting People strategy to company priorities and financial realities.
