Verkada is a rapidly scaling physical AI platform company with 30,000+ customers (100+ Fortune 500), $5.8B valuation, and $1B+ annualized bookings. The company provides integrated security solutions including video, access control, air quality sensors, alarms, intercoms, and visitor management.
This role leads the build-out of Verkada's nationwide security trailer business—a fast-growing segment serving construction sites, utility infrastructure, retail parking lots, public gatherings, and industrial yards. You will own end-to-end operations for this new business line, scaling white-glove delivery, installation, and servicing through a partner-led channel model.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building a nationwide trailer fulfillment and logistics network from the ground up
- Scaling the Verkada Qualified Trailer Partner program to deliver and service trailers at scale
- Owning trailer logistics, field reliability, and service economics end-to-end
- Defining and executing a GTM plan that ensures seamless customer experience through partners
- Collaborating with video security and edge products teams to ensure products meet trailer customer needs
- Orchestrating manufacturers, channel partners, installers, and Verkada field teams
You bring 8+ years of operations, logistics, supply chain, or marketplace operations experience at high-growth companies. You have a quantitative background (Engineering, Operations Research, or similar) and proven ability to build world-class systems and processes from scratch. You excel at structured problem-solving, operational excellence, and systems thinking that scales from 10 to 10,000 units. You communicate effectively across multi-party GTM motions, are willing to get into the field with installers and customers, and lead with both strategy and execution rigor. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and treat this business like your own company.
The role is based in San Mateo, CA at Verkada's headquarters with an in-office culture requirement.
