Sitetracker is seeking a Head of Marketing Communications to build and lead a new strategic function within the marketing organization. This is a high-impact role responsible for establishing Marketing Communications as a core capability that strengthens the company's market positioning, customer engagement, and go-to-market effectiveness.
In the first 90 days, you will conduct a comprehensive assessment of Sitetracker's market story, customers, value proposition, and existing communications infrastructure. You'll establish strong cross-functional partnerships with Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams, defining how Marketing Communications will collaborate on messaging, content creation, and distribution. You'll also evaluate current PR, content, and communications efforts to identify priorities, establish processes, and define success metrics for the new function.
Within 180 days, you will launch and execute a cohesive content strategy that translates Sitetracker's core messaging into differentiated, audience-specific content across multiple formats and channels. You'll establish an active PR and corporate communications program, building media relationships and creating consistent approaches to executive and external communications. You'll also develop repeatable workflows with Demand Generation that connect content strategy to distribution, pipeline programs, and measurable performance.
By the end of year one, you will have established Marketing Communications as a strategic, accountable function with clear content strategy, consistent operating model, and measurable impact across Marketing and GTM. You'll build a credible and recognizable Sitetracker story in the marketplace through targeted content, customer storytelling, thought leadership, PR, and media engagement. You'll demonstrate that Sitetracker's content reaches the right audiences, supports sales and growth programs, and strengthens the company's credibility and market leadership.
This role requires someone who can think strategically about brand positioning and market narrative while executing operationally across content production, PR, and communications channels. You'll need strong stakeholder management skills to align Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and executive leadership around a unified communications strategy.
