Backed by Vista Equity Partners and Insight Partners, the company is in a growth phase, investing in AI-driven innovation and expanding its global team.
You will join as Head of Marketing, reporting directly to the CEO (with a transition to a future Chief Revenue Officer). This is a build role: you will design and execute marketing strategy, systems, and team structure largely from scratch while improving the existing three-person marketing team focused on events and demand generation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Set overall marketing strategy and priorities in partnership with the CEO and executive team
- Assess current state and build the marketing function, closing gaps in strategy, structure, and execution
- Hire and expand the team with demand generation, content/brand, and marketing operations roles
- Introduce systems, reporting, and performance tracking (goal-setting, attribution, pipeline metrics)
- Build and execute multi-channel demand generation programs to drive qualified pipeline
- Own brand positioning, voice, and visual identity across all channels
- Manage the corporate website for messaging and conversion
- Lead PR, analyst relations, and industry event strategy
- Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets and executive reporting
- Partner with Sales leadership on alignment and target account strategies
- Directly manage the BDR function, including playbooks and conversion metrics
- Partner with product marketing on positioning and messaging
- Oversee sales enablement content, case studies, and campaign assets
- Evaluate and adopt AI-powered tools across content, campaign, and marketing ops workflows
You will span brand, content, demand generation, and business development, operating with significant autonomy and limited early infrastructure.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8–10+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B SaaS, owning marketing broadly (brand, demand generation, sales development) rather than a single specialty
- Prior experience building or substantially scaling a marketing function at a small or early-stage company with limited team and resources, and full autonomy over direction and priorities
- Direct experience managing a BDR, SDR, or ISR team, including building playbooks and driving pipeline metrics
- Comfortable moving fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution (writing copy, building campaigns, briefing designers, running webinars)
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to represent marketing to executive team and board
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in aviation, aerospace, or related industry (business aviation, airlines, aircraft leasing & finance) is a plus but not required for the right generalist operator
