inDrive is seeking a Head of Loyalty Product to own the Loyalty product domain end-to-end, reporting to the Director of SuperApp and Growth Businesses Product. This is a strategic leadership role focused on building a loyalty proposition that customers genuinely value and that measurably changes behavior—increasing frequency, retention, cross-service engagement, and customer lifetime value while maintaining sustainable economics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Loyalty product strategy and roadmap across inDrive, identifying where loyalty creates the greatest customer and business value and translating opportunities into clear product priorities.
- Design loyalty experiences and mechanics that customers understand and actively engage with, owning the end-to-end customer journey from discovery through redemption and ongoing engagement.
- Drive measurable changes in customer behavior by building products that improve frequency, retention, engagement, and LTV, with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
- Partner closely with Business and Analytics to understand economics behind product decisions, making informed trade-offs between customer value, engagement, cost, and long-term impact.
- Develop loyalty experiences and capabilities that work across multiple inDrive services, customer journeys, and markets, balancing scalability with local market differences.
- Lead a rigorous experimentation approach using behavioral data, segmentation, and personalization to continuously improve value propositions.
- Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, CRM, and product teams, managing dependencies and creating alignment around priorities.
- Build, lead, and develop the Loyalty product team, setting high standards for discovery, prioritization, experimentation, and accountability.
- Establish a measurement framework combining experimentation, customer insights, and business performance to determine what should scale, evolve, or stop.
This is not a role focused on running a rewards feature or promotional calendar. You'll own Loyalty as a product domain and lead execution across multiple teams and markets in a highly cross-functional environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience building and scaling meaningful consumer loyalty, membership, subscription, rewards, or engagement products (not simply managing promotional campaigns).
- Strong consumer product background in scaled environments such as mobility, delivery, marketplaces, e-commerce, travel, fintech, or other high-frequency digital categories.
- Demonstrated end-to-end product ownership from strategy and discovery through execution, experimentation, and measurable outcomes.
- Deep understanding of how product mechanics, incentives, benefits, status, and customer experience influence behavior, with ability to distinguish genuine incremental impact from correlation.
- Strong commercial judgment: fluency between customer experience and economics, understanding of unit economics and LTV, and ability to make thoughtful trade-offs.
- Strong experience with controlled experimentation, segmentation, behavioral data, and evidence-based decision making.
- Experience working on products spanning multiple customer journeys, business lines, or product teams, with ability to create alignment without relying solely on direct authority.
- Multi-market experience building or scaling consumer products across multiple countries or regions, understanding how behavior, willingness to pay, and economics differ.
- Comfort with 0-to-1 building and scaling: shaping propositions, validating with customers and data, then turning what works into scalable capabilities.
- Product leadership experience: leading and developing product managers, setting strong product standards, and working effectively with senior stakeholders across functions.
Advantages:
- Experience building loyalty or membership products for multi-service consumer ecosystems or super apps.
- Experience with paid membership or subscription products.
- Experience with rewards, cashback, wallet, payments, or incentive systems.
- Experience with personalization, recommendations, CRM, or lifecycle decisioning.
- Marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
- Experience in high-growth emerging markets across LATAM, Central Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, or Africa.
- Track record taking a loyalty or membership proposition from initial launch to multi-market scale.
