The company has raised over $75M from top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz and founders of DoorDash, Airbnb, and Uber, and operates across all 50 US states.
As Head of Local Growth, you will lead a team responsible for helping commercial and residential property owners maximize their earnings on the Neighbor platform. The role involves managing and scaling multiple growth initiatives:
Google Maps: One of Neighbor's largest organic growth channels, this involves creating and managing thousands of Google Business Profiles for Neighbor property owners nationwide, optimizing visibility and discoverability.
Signage: A newer initiative focused on installing Neighbor signage at properties across the US and measuring the traffic and conversions these signs drive.
Supply Expansion: Direct engagement with property owners to facilitate capital improvements that increase their Neighbor earnings, such as modular storage units, sheds, gravel, fencing, and similar infrastructure investments.
You will own the growth and optimization of these existing initiatives while identifying, testing, and scaling new bets to expand the supply side of the marketplace. This is a high-ownership position requiring strong analytical capabilities, operational excellence, and strategic thinking. You'll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to drive measurable growth in property owner acquisition and earnings.
