Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, a fast-growing enterprise SaaS company that uses advanced AI capabilities to turn data insights into immediate business action. The Retail & CPG Industry Practice operates across 100+ team members globally, combining GTM, product, and engineering to help clients unlock value through Celonis software.
As Head of Industry - Retail & CPG, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the entire Retail & CPG Industry Practice. You own the outcomes of this practice, working cross-functionally with GTM, product, AI, and engineering teams, as well as external partners, to build and scale software solutions that address the core processes of the Retail & CPG industry. You will be the internal and external face of this industry vertical, responsible for the success of the global community of clients, Celonauts, and partners.
Key responsibilities include: defining the vision and translating it into prioritized strategy and actions; building and leading a cross-functional team across Value Engineering, Sales, and AI Builders; working directly with customers to align solutions against their business strategy; collaborating with Product, Engineering, and GTM leaders to inform product development; identifying and packaging scalable use cases to drive innovation; and enabling internal teams and partners to position and deploy solutions.
This role requires exceptional autonomous leadership and entrepreneurship. You will thrive in a fast-paced, nebulous problem space, moving seamlessly between sales, scoping, product, and customer interactions. A bias toward action and build-first approach is essential. You must excel at stakeholder management across the board room to end-user spectrum, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
Celonis offers equity ownership (RSUs with merit-based refreshes), inclusive parental leave (24 weeks primary, 12 weeks supporting carers), unlimited PTO in applicable regions, and a flexible hybrid work model.
