As Head of Industry - Retail & CPG, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Celonis's Retail & CPG Industry Practice, which operates across 100+ team members globally. You will own the outcomes of this practice, working cross-functionally with GTM, product, AI, and engineering teams to build and scale software solutions that address the industry's most critical business challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and communicate the vision for the Retail & CPG industry practice, translating it into actionable strategy and priorities
- Build and lead a cross-functional team spanning Value Engineering, Sales, and AI Builders, establishing processes and structures to accelerate impact
- Work directly with customers to align Celonis solutions with their business strategy
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM leaders to inform product development based on customer feedback
- Identify and package scalable use cases across the platform, driving innovation and expanding offerings
- Enable internal teams and partners to position and deploy Retail & CPG solutions
- Serve as the internal and external face of the Retail & CPG industry practice
You will operate with high autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit in a fast-paced environment, moving seamlessly between sales, scoping, product, and customer interactions while bringing diverse stakeholders along the journey.
Required qualifications:
- Proven track record building and leading cross-functional teams developing software solutions for strategic Retail & CPG industry problems
- Strong entrepreneurial experience in 0-to-1 environments
- Excellence in public speaking and external presentations
- Demonstrated success developing enterprise software solutions with a strong portfolio of real-world use cases
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences from board room to end users
