The Manufacturing Industry Practice operates across 300+ manufacturing accounts with over 100 team members, combining GTM, product, and engineering to deliver transformative solutions. As Head of Industry - Manufacturing, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the entire Manufacturing Industry Practice. You own the outcomes of this practice, working across GTM, product, AI, and engineering teams alongside external partners to build and scale software solutions that address manufacturing's most critical business challenges. You will be the internal and external face of Celonis's manufacturing business, responsible for the success of the global community of clients, employees, and partners. Key responsibilities include: - Define and communicate the vision for the Manufacturing Industry Practice, translating it into actionable strategy and prioritized initiatives - Build and lead a cross-functional team spanning Value Engineering, Sales, and AI Builders, establishing processes and structures to accelerate impact - Work directly with customers to align manufacturing solutions with their business strategy - Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership to inform product development based on customer feedback - Identify, package, and scale use cases across the Celonis platform to drive innovation and expand offerings - Enable internal teams and partners to position and deploy manufacturing solutions effectively You will thrive in a high-autonomy, entrepreneurial environment requiring seamless movement between sales, scoping, product, and customer interactions. A bias toward action and build-first mentality is essential. Required qualifications: - Proven track record building and leading cross-functional teams developing software solutions for strategic manufacturing challenges - Demonstrated entrepreneurship with 0-to-1 building experience - Excellence in public speaking and external presentations - Experience developing enterprise software solutions with a strong portfolio of successful use cases - Strong communication and collaboration skills, translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders from boardroom to end user Celonis offers equity ownership (RSUs with merit-based refreshes), inclusive parental leave (24 weeks primary, 12 weeks supporting), unlimited PTO, flexible hybrid work, and continuous learning through mentorship and structured development programs.
