Heidi Health is building AI-powered clinical tools that have already processed 73 million patient visits across 190+ countries. The company's freemium medical scribe product is loved by clinicians and has achieved strong product-market fit. Now Heidi is scaling enterprise deployments, and the implementation infrastructure hasn't kept pace with sales growth.
You will own the entire technical deployment lifecycle for enterprise health system customers—from scope confirmation through go-live and stabilization. This is a hands-on leadership role building implementation from the ground up. You'll create the methodology, stage gates, readiness criteria, templates, and risk controls that make implementation a competitive advantage rather than a bottleneck.
Key responsibilities include: owning the full technical deployment lifecycle (scope, environment readiness, configuration, integration, cutover, go-live, stabilization); building implementation methodology and governance frameworks; running a central portfolio across all technical components of enterprise deployments, including staffing, sequencing, and capacity planning; building and leading a regional implementation team; defining the technical readiness process to catch SSO, integration, and environment requirements early; establishing clean interfaces with Product and Engineering to separate real product gaps from deployment configuration issues; setting metrics around time to onboarding, go-live attainment, and implementation variance; and recruiting, developing, and managing a high-agency implementation team.
You need significant experience building or leading enterprise implementation in healthcare software—health systems, EHR-integrated products, clinical AI, or complex clinical workflow platforms. You've run multi-site deployments involving clinicians, IT, security, procurement, legal, and executive sponsors multiple times. You've managed implementation leaders and technical resources, not just delivered projects yourself. You have real fluency with enterprise health IT: SSO and identity management, EHR integration patterns, clinical governance and sign-off processes. You have executive credibility with CIOs, CMIOs, and health system operational leaders. You can distinguish between deployment problems, configuration problems, and product problems—and have the spine to call it. You're comfortable building process while simultaneously delivering results.
The role reports to the Head of Program Management within the Programs function alongside Integrations and Enterprise teams.
