Isar Aerospace is seeking a Head of HR Business Partnering to lead the HRBP function in a fast-paced aerospace environment. You will lead a team of HR Business Partners and work closely with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce strategy, manager quality, FTE planning, and restructuring initiatives.
In this role, you will evolve HR Business Partnering from a support function into an organizational architecture capability, with long-term ownership across org design, leadership effectiveness, and workforce planning. You'll partner with business leaders on organizational restructuring and workforce strategy, improve manager quality through coaching and performance management, drive FTE planning to support budget decisions, and shape effective organizations by addressing team topology, spans, layers, and structural bottlenecks.
You will ensure strong communication cascades and leadership alignment during periods of change and transformation, partner across multiple countries to provide HRBP guidance in an international business environment, and bring sound judgment on country-specific labor law considerations while working effectively across different legal and cultural contexts.
The ideal candidate has 5-6+ years of people leadership experience with a strong track record in HR Business Partnering leadership, organizational design, workforce planning, and restructuring. You should have experience supporting leaders and organizations across multiple countries (ideally Norway, Sweden, Germany, Canada, and others) and understand labor law frameworks. Experience in both startup/build environments and scaled, structured organizations is essential. You must have strong stakeholder management skills, high resilience and execution strength, and Workday experience. Fluent English is required; French, Norwegian, or Swedish language skills are a plus.
