Nooks is an applied AI lab building the Agent Workspace for GTM, with AI agents that operate across the full sales action set—from account strategy to prospect research and outreach. The company serves over 1,500 customers including Notion, HubSpot, Cursor, and Rippling, has raised $70M+ from top VCs like Kleiner Perkins, and has tripled ARR each year for three consecutive years. You will build the enablement operating system for Nooks, owning the strategy and infrastructure for how the GTM team learns, ramps, and develops during a period of rapid growth. Key responsibilities include: • Build world-class onboarding across GTM roles that accelerates time-to-productivity and establishes clear metrics showing measurable impact on behavior change and performance improvement. • Make product expertise a competitive advantage by becoming deeply fluent in the Nooks platform and ensuring customer-facing teams can confidently understand, position, and sell an increasingly broad product suite. • Keep GTM ahead of product velocity by partnering closely with Product and Product Marketing to build a repeatable launch-readiness motion that enables the field to action frequent product releases quickly. • Raise the bar on revenue skills by developing programs, playbooks, certifications, and coaching systems that continuously improve discovery, demos, positioning, competitive selling, deal execution, and negotiation. • Build and lead a high-performing enablement team, setting a high talent bar and creating a function capable of supporting Nooks through its next phase of scale. • Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, RevOps, Sales, CS, and executives without requiring direct authority. This role requires someone who has operated in hyper-growth environments, understands what great selling looks like firsthand, and has strong technical abilities. You will rethink enablement for the AI era. REQUIREMENTS: • At least 4+ years of experience building and leading enablement at high-growth B2B technology companies • Experience operating at a company with very high product velocity • Exceptional product aptitude: learn complex products quickly, understand technical concepts deeply enough to teach them, translate product capabilities into clear customer value • Strong sales instincts; experience carrying a quota or working in a closing role is a significant plus • Systems thinker who naturally looks for repeatable mechanisms, feedback loops, automation, and leverage • AI-native mindset: actively use AI in your own work and have strong ideas about how AI can transform enablement • Exceptional cross-functional skills and ability to drive alignment without direct authority • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, from coaching individual reps to leading executive-level discussions • Comfortable with ambiguity and speed • High ownership and bias toward action
