Banyan Software is seeking a Head of Global People Operations to build an AI-native people operations engine from the ground up. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role overseeing all aspects of HR infrastructure, systems, and processes across Banyan's global headquarters and 100+ portfolio companies.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead the selection, implementation, and governance of a modern, AI-enabled global HRIS platform, managing RFP, vendor evaluation, configuration, data migration, integrations, and rollout in partnership with IT.
• Design and deliver core people processes across the full employee lifecycle—hiring, onboarding, transitions, offboarding, and employee service—with a focus on standardization, automation, and AI-driven efficiency.
• Own global compensation programs and annual cycles, including job architecture, leveling, benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and decision frameworks that reduce escalations.
• Build the operational infrastructure enabling Banyan's decentralized HRBP model, including HRIS governance, people services workflows, policy documentation, and tools that support portfolio company HR teams.
• Establish and maintain HR policies and global employment compliance posture, partnering with Legal on employment law, data privacy, and jurisdictional requirements across North America, UK, EU, and APAC.
• Identify and execute high-value AI and automation use cases across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee service, and compensation cycles. Evaluate tools, configure workflows, and measure impact.
• Own talent acquisition systems infrastructure—ATS configuration, recruiting workflow automation, candidate data integrity, and integrations with the broader HRIS.
• Build global people analytics capability, defining key metrics, shipping dashboards, and generating predictive insights on attrition, hiring, compensation, and engagement.
• Own benefits execution infrastructure, systems, and operational workflows supporting global benefits delivery and integration with HR systems.
• Build and lead a high-performing global team, setting priorities, establishing operating rhythms, and maintaining execution excellence.
