AlphaSense, a leading AI-driven market intelligence platform trusted by over 6,000 enterprise customers including a majority of the S&P 500, is seeking a Head of Global Expansion to lead and scale high-impact, cross-functional growth strategies with a core focus on driving the company's international expansion efforts. Reporting to the SVP of Strategic Initiatives, this senior-level role carries enterprise-wide visibility and influence, directly responsible for shaping and executing AlphaSense's global footprint and ensuring sustained success in new and emerging markets, particularly in Europe and APAC. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AlphaSense's entry and growth in Europe and APAC, including identifying priority markets, establishing scalable go-to-market and operational models, and aligning executive stakeholders to expansion goals - Ensuring AlphaSense operates as one unified business across global markets, creating coherence across segments, functions, and geographies - Identifying and elevating platform-market fit by understanding what it takes to win in each market—from critical product functionality to region-specific content—and working cross-functionally to deliver differentiated solutions aligned with local customer needs - Acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, bringing strategic rigor and market insight to critical decisions facing the company - Driving alignment and execution across functions, acting as a connective force across senior go-to-market leadership in EMEA and APAC - Establishing KPIs, building tracking and reporting frameworks, and implementing regular business reviews to ensure accountability and continuous improvement - Shaping AlphaSense's future operating model by influencing org design, operational processes, and commercial models that support long-term growth Ideal candidates are proven global strategists with successful track records leading large-scale strategic programs around international growth and market entry across EMEA and/or APAC. You understand how to navigate regulatory landscapes, local buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, and operational complexity in diverse global regions. You move from strategy to execution with ease, are comfortable owning end-to-end delivery, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a global mindset.
