As Head of Frontend Infrastructure, you will lead Yotpo's entire frontend engineering organization and own the strategic direction of frontend technology across the company. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will directly manage and mentor frontend engineers across infrastructure and platform teams, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and engineering excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading Yotpo's frontend engineering organization with hands-on technical leadership and architectural direction
- Directly managing and mentoring frontend engineers, developing talent and building high-performing teams
- Owning the strategic direction of frontend technology, tooling, and practices company-wide
- Defining and executing the frontend infrastructure roadmap aligned with company objectives
- Establishing and evolving frontend standards, guidelines, and development practices that scale across all teams
- Evaluating and implementing modern frontend technologies and best practices to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product, backend, design, and leadership to drive cohesive solutions
- Championing frontend engineering excellence and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
You will shape the foundations that power Yotpo's frontend ecosystem, drive high-impact infrastructure projects that enable product teams to scale efficiently, and grow as a strategic technical leader with broad organizational influence.
