Revolut is seeking a Head of Finance to lead financial operations and oversight for its crypto-related features and merchant acquiring business in Luxembourg. This is a foundational role building a scalable finance operating model from the ground up.
You will own the full spectrum of finance responsibilities: establishing treasury, liquidity, and safeguarding frameworks; leading local accounting and financial reporting; managing EMI regulatory reporting; and serving as the primary point of contact for CSSF (Luxembourg financial regulator) on finance and prudential matters. Day-to-day, you'll drive financial and operational reporting to support product scaling, communicate financial performance and risks to leadership, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
The role requires deep expertise in regulated financial services. You need 7+ years in fintech, payments, banking, EMI, or acquiring, with hands-on experience setting up regulated entities, applying for licenses, and managing regulatory capital and financial projections. You must be fluent in prudential and regulatory reporting, intragroup charging, transfer pricing, and payments finance models (settlement flows, safeguarding, merchant economics).
You'll work independently and at pace in a rapidly growing environment, with structured, detail-oriented documentation skills to meet regulator expectations. Nice-to-haves include Luxembourg regulatory exposure, familiarity with EMT/stablecoin/crypto prudential models, and startup experience.
