Behavox is a data operating platform helping multinational enterprises organize and activate data for risk management, compliance, revenue optimization, and business growth. The company generates over $50M in revenue with a trajectory toward $100M over the next 3–5 years.
The Head of Finance reports to the Chief Operating Officer and leads the entire finance function for this global business. This is a hands-on, strategic role accountable for financial planning, accounting, reporting, treasury, compliance, controls, and investor-facing outputs across a multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction environment.
Key responsibilities include:
**Strategic Finance Leadership**: Serve as senior financial advisor to the CEO and COO on forecasting, liquidity, capital structure, financing strategy, investment decisions, and growth planning. Personally own the quality and logic of core financial models used for M&A evaluation, scenario planning, and executive decision-making.
**Finance Operations & Team Management**: Lead and scale the finance team across FP&A, accounting, reporting, treasury, controls, and compliance. Build a scalable, AI-native finance function with clear ownership, reduced key-person dependency, and investor-grade standards.
**Financial Planning & Reporting**: Drive annual budgeting, re-forecasting cadence, and management reporting. Ensure Sales, RevOps, People, and Finance inputs translate into controlled planning outputs including pipeline-to-revenue bridges, personnel and non-personnel budgets, and performance metrics.
**Treasury & Capital Planning**: Oversee cash forecasting, liquidity planning, banking relationships, debt facilities, covenant reporting, FX exposure, and financing analysis. Provide senior judgment on capital structure and cost of capital.
**Systems & Automation**: Identify, assess, and implement finance technology and AI-enabled workflows to improve accuracy, efficiency, control, and scalability across financial operations.
**M&A & Integration**: Bring strong financial modeling capability to acquisition evaluation, financing analysis, and post-transaction financial integration planning as part of Behavox's mature M&A strategy.
You will bring enterprise FP&A expertise, capital structure and treasury knowledge, global accounting and multi-jurisdictional reporting experience, proven finance team leadership, and familiarity with AI-native finance systems and automation.
